We are looking for an experienced tax person, who has the right spirit and experience to be the first tax frog in the
swamp, and assist with building the our global tax infrastructure.

As a Tax Manager at JFrog you will...  
  • Building the infrastructure for having a smooth processes around tax compliance globally
  • Overseeing accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) including liaising with external auditors’ tax team
  • Playing a key role in assessing, prioritizing, and communicating strategic tax planning opportunities and
    executing them
  • Managing external reporting requirements
  • Overseeing inter-company agreements and transfer pricing arrangements across all entities
  • Managing the indirect tax aspects, which includes sales and use tax, VAT, GST, levies, property tax, franchise,
    and other similar taxes
  • Taking the ownership of internal controls processes related to tax
  • Managing the UTP annual review & documentation and preparation of quarterly and annual provision
  • Administering tax audits on a worldwide basis
  • Adhering to tax regulations and investigating new tax laws and developments and their respective impacts
    on the Company
  • Record keeping of foreign income tax filings
  • Ad-Hoc projects as well as automation projects and processes improvement
To be a Tax Manager at JFrog you need…
  • CPA
  • Big 4
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience working at or with high-tech public companies that reports by US GAAP
  • Deep expertise and technical aptitude related to tax accounting principles (ASC 740) applied on a global
    basis, Israeli tax knowledge, US federal and state income and sales tax concepts, international tax planning
    and compliance, business combinations and SOX
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to be hands on, detail oriented, while being able to see the big picture
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) 
  • Highly computer proficient, including advanced capabilities with Excel
  • Team player with strong communication skills
