Community and developer relations have always been one of JFrog’s primary growth engines. Starting from the first Artifactory OSS version in 2006, JFrog was always driven by its users, and we keep doing it, both in our OSS and commercial activity, now with six thousand customers, millions of developers across 90+ countries, and billions of artifact downloads each month from various JFrog services. We are looking for a Community Programs Administrator to join JFrog's Developer Relations team. Your mission will be to execute on programs that engage with and build awareness for JFrog in the Developer and DevOps communities. This is a unique opportunity to help educate the community and interact with a vibrant global ecosystem, while taking part in building a highly valuable Developer Relations program that fuels the top of the funnel for Sales.

As a Community Programs Administrator in JFrog you will be...

  • Managing & hosting hands-on workshops programs
  • Executing and administering employee community advocacy programs (Influitive experience is a major plus)
  • Managing and executing software community forum (Discourse experience is a plus)
  • Administering content on our jfrog.com/community website
  • Working with in-person and virtual meetups and conferences as applicable Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, Business Development and Product Marketing to ensure DevOps community events, meetups, and supporting assets are in line with business goals
  • Partner with field marketing to ensure community alignment and leveraging for JFrog events, workshops, etc.
  • Tracking and reporting DevOps community KPIs (revenue influence, social media activity, JFrog community participation, etc.
  • Drive sign-ups for the JFrog free tier and utilization by the DevOps community
  • This role will include up to 10% travel (worldwide) once allowed by health authorities

To be a Community Programs Administrator in JFrog you need...

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of marketing, community and/or developer relations experience
  • 2+ years experience engaging with a technical developer community (employment or volunteer)
  • Ideally someone experience with some or most of the following tools: Influitive, WordPress (content updates), Discourse, Wrike, Google Sheets, Excel, Google Slides, Powerpoint, Adobe Suite, Strong public speaking and networking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to effectively connect with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking skills. Must have the ability to identify and solve problems by consulting with key stakeholders, predicting metrics, and sharing data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Enjoy attending virtual and physical conferences and technical events
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset. Must have the ability to set goals, execute and measure the results
