With offices located in Sunnyvale (HQ), Seattle and Atlanta, we are looking to enhance and expand our North America workplace infrastructure to enable our next chapter of growth!  We are looking for a passionate Director of Facilities and Workplace Services, North America to lead a world class operations and administrative team and take high level ownership of managing and supporting JFrog’s commitment to providing a high performing and people-first work environment.  In this role, you will serve as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders to define, prioritize and implement key initiatives and support the teams in exceeding their business goals.

As the Director of Facilities and Workplace Services at JFrog you will…

  • Build and develop the business operation framework to keep the company running and scaling.
  • Create long-term and short-term US operational plans that optimize and support the business and comprehensively manage their successful execution.
  • Manage budget effectively, improve operating efficiencies, optimize vendor management and manage US facilities for optimized outcomes and employee experience
  • Envision exponential growth and have a keen ability to organize and lead programs to support this growth. 
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure execution at scale, effective operation, and compliance.
  • Manage the operations team across multiple locations. Inspire the team to be the best in class and exceed any predetermined boundaries.
  • Use data tools to improve operations across all areas and gain insight into the team’s decision making

To be the Director of Facilities and Workplace Services at JFrog you need...

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of operations, Facilities senior manager, or similar
  • A demonstrable high level of skill in people management 
  • Ability and experience in generating strategic plans, communicating them, presenting them visually, and tracking them to completion.
  • Excellent business judgment with the ability to create sound frameworks to drive toward decisions and organizational alignment
  • A demonstrated experience in managing budget and vendors
  • Very strong problem solving/critical thinking skills
  • Highly developed EQ and emotional resiliency
  • MBA or business equivalent degree is a plus
