As an Accounting Manger in JFrog you will...
- Manage the month-end closing – prepare and review necessary journal entries, accruals, variation analyses for the Chinese legal entity in JFrog;
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness for filing of statutory reports, taxation returns (indirect local tax compliance as well as income tax compliance) and statistical information in accordance with the obligations of the legal entity concerned;
- Lead the external audit process for the Chinese entity
- Ensure compliance with local and US generally accepted accounting principles, legal and ethical framework; and alignment with corporate policies, procedures, guidelines and practices;
- Establish and maintain control environment and internal controlling within all accounting and controlling functions within in JFrog;
- Involvement in IT projects related to ERP and other financial systems
- Ad-Hoc projects as well as automation projects and processes improvement
To be an Accounting Manager in JFrog you need…
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/Chartered Accountant or local equivalent preferred.
- 8 years of financial accounting experience from sizable multi-national organizations.
- A strong understanding of local statutory accounting principles as well as an of US GAAP is required.
- Proven knowledge and experience with local statutory tax related matters, including understanding of transfer pricing common methods
- Fluent in English verbal and written is a must.
- Highly computer proficient, including advanced capabilities with Excel.
- Team player Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to effectively interact with all levels within and outside of the organization in a professional manner;
- Adaptable with strong problem solving and analytical skills, outstanding attention to details and excellent time management skills.
