We’re looking for a passionate, eager-to-learn, team member to join our Finance Information Systems team in the IS department. The Billing System Analyst will be primarily responsible for the support, maintenance, configuration, implementation and enhancements of the JFrog billing system and its integrated financial systems. If you’re a team player who has technological experience with billing systems, strong financial understanding and a lot of common sense, your place is with us!

As a Financial Systems Analyst in JFrog you will...
  • Work closely with end users, cross departments, supporting day-to-day SaaS Billing processes
  • Design innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems
  • Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes
  • Translate business requirements and system flows into technical designs
  • Implementation of customization, new enhancements, and system updates based on collaborations with end-users as well as business needs
  • Build & maintain systems reports
To be a Financial Systems Analyst in JFrog you need...
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Finance information systems analyst
  • Subscription billing software experience (Zuora- big advantage)
  • Experience with SaaS quote to cash process
  • Experience with ERP (Netsuite- big advantage)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical team members to support deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew)
