Director of Sales - New Business

JFrog has a phenomenal inbound sales funnel that results in over 100 new logos every month  including the largest enterprises of the world such as LinkedIn, Apple, Oracle, NASA, Barclays, Twitter, PayPal, CIsco and more.

The combination of a solid selling product and the most innovative enterprise inside sales motion creates ‘heaven for sales’ that must be lead by an inspiring, results driven, creative thinker, hard working leader with proven record on building teams of winners!

Responsibilities

  • Lead world class sales inside sales team and mentor them to become industry leaders and excel at winning new logos and developing greenfield territories. 
  • Drive new business sales; from lead to PO including full sales cycle; sales strategy, relationship building and business negotiation.
  • Generate new opportunities with new logos to ensure continuance of JFrog sales funnel and growth
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in selling to all customer segments and verticals, including Enterprise , MidMarket and SMB.
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues ensuring issues are resolved by leveraging resources across the company.
  • Oversee the EMEA Sales force in Israel and France, including remote management and travels as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong track record in building high performing teams, coaching, building customer relationships, and working well with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have experience running a sales funnel – from marketing to lead to close.
  • High energy, passion and can-do attitude.
  • Experience with SaaS and the DevOps ecosystem is preferred
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales executive roles and team management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
