Enterprise Field Sales Manager

We are expanding our enterprise field sales team, and we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Responsibilities

  • Experience in managing & owning the full sale cycle from lead to closing the deal
  • Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Enterprise customers to grow account share
  • Source new Enterprise sales opportunities through various prospecting activities
  • Use Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel to forecast revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where required
  • Nurture the relationship with Enterprise customers at multiple levels to ensure that JFrog remains the supplier of choice as the platform to drive their end to end pipeline
  • Work with multiple functions such as legal, solution engineer, finance, operation and more to drive deal closure
  • Drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • Solid and verifiable track record of over-achievement
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating/converting and closing large dollar deals
  • 10 years of experience working in a senior sales position, within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment
  • Substantial and successful experience leading a sales team towards the achievement of sales objectives and targets
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the JFrog product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms
  • Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Engineering
  • Travel time expected - 50%
