Business Systems Analyst

JFrog is looking for an expert, systems-focused, high-performing and motivated Business System Analyst. The Business System Analyst will work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts in: information gathering, business process analysis, documentation, system support, training documentation & testing.


  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs

  • Document requirements, functional requirements and objectives for Business system initiatives

  • Think holistically and work cross-functionally to design and improve processes and tool

  • work with both highly technical and non-technical disciplines to ensure that program inputs and requirements are translated to achieve the desired results

  • Perform a variety of complex project management, business analysis, planning and technical tasks

  • Develop change management strategies and support Implementation, enhancements, integration, Testing and Deployment of functionalities 

  • Design and administer UAT sessions, troubleshoot through testing 

  • Maintain internal backlog of feature requests using Agile/SCRUM practices, Communicate status, to end users, track and analyze issues for prioritization

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as business system analyst

  • 1-2 years of experience on Customer Success Platforms like Totango / Gainsight / Natero / Bolstra with administrative, configuration, integration and reporting skills

  • Experience with other sales tools  (Forecasting, Communication,LMS)  - A must

  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce - An advantage

  • Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented 

  • Technical understanding and the ability to learn 

  • Time management, ability to multitask

  • Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience working in a agile-Scrum / other agile environment
