As the Sales Program Administrator you will provide operational services to the Sales Program Manager in the areas below: 
  • Control, schedule and monitor the Global Sales calendar and support calendar management for Sales Executives 
  • Operate and support budget management, expensing and procurement processes across the team
  • Administrate Sales Enablement Program including onboarding, training and education 
  • Support operation management for Sales and sales-related conferences, events and offsites
  • Support sales related projects as needed 
To be a Sales Program Administrator in JFrog you need...
  • 2+ years of experience in administration roles  
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Excellent organisational, time and priorities management and execution skills
  • Experience being a “connector” across teams to ensure completion of tasks and programs 
  • Outcomes-oriented, self starter, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient skills with Google Suite, Excel and PowerPoint. SFDC- advantage, wrike - advantage
  • Flexible availability outside normal business working hours as needed
