The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be the gatekeeper and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly critical and confidential nature. The ideal candidate will possess a positive can-do attitude with the ability to wear multiple hats, while maintaining exceedingly high levels of trust and professionalism at all times

As an Executive Assistant in JFrog you will...

  • Attend meetings with C-Level Executives and assist with project management, action items and deadlines on behalf of the CEO.
  • Arrange and handle all logistics for the Board of Directors, Committees, and Earnings meetings on a quarterly basis, while working closely with the Investor Relations and Executive Team in California and Israel.
  • Provide polished calendar management on behalf of the CEO (including prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts, and making sophisticated judgements to ensure smooth day-to-day commitments are fulfilled by the CEO).
  • Be responsible for managing all travel logistics pertaining to the CEO’s business plans within the company. 
  • Provide event management support as requested for the Executive Team in which the CEO is responsible or a part of.
  • Possess the ability to react with proper levels of urgency to situations or tasks that require a quick response or turnaround.

To Take Your Next Leap At JFrog, You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced continuously growing mature startup or corporate environment (software preferred).
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives. 
  • Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately ( acts as a "barometer" by having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated). 
  • Have the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects simultaneously (with fluctuating deadlines), with little or no guidance.
  • Have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as an exemplary attention to detail.
  •  Have flexible availability outside normal business working hours for the occasional tasks or events.
