We are looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for Sales to join our rapidly growing Sales Team, and have created an onboarding program geared specifically for them.  The program will take place in Sunnyvale, Atlanta, and Seattle. It is a two week professional onboarding program in which you'll learn from our sales professionals about:

1. Sales tools, methods, and hands-on sales training
2. The DevOps industry
3. JFrog products and offerings

As an Account Manager in JFrog you will…

  • Develop long term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
  • Manage expansion opportunities and renewals process for portfolio of customers
  • Analyze usage metrics to understand customers’ usage of JFrog’s product (evaluate product adoption)
  • Contact customers throughout the life cycle to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain long-term account health and relationships; Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and happiness 
  • Drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success
  • Use and another sales enablement tools

To be an Account Manager in JFrog you need…

  • 1+ years of experience in subscription sales or SDR/BDR previous roles 
  • Experience in managing and owning the full sale cycle from lead to close
  • Quota carrying experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  
  • Experience with Salseforce is an advantage
