As a Channel Manager, EMEA at JFrog you will build and manage a team of Partner Managers and Partner Development Reps (PDRs) to recruit, onboard, and manage JFrog channel partners within specific geographies.

You will mentor individuals in the team and drive the team’s performance. 

As a Channel Manager, EMEA in JFrog you will...
  •  Build and maintain a high performance partner team in EMEA 
    1. Drive the channel revenue by managing a team to recruit, onboard, and manage JFrog channel partners.
    2. Train and mentor the team for success.
    3. Build methodologies, infrastructure, and best practices to help the team perform at its best and exceed expectations.
  • Recruit, train, and optimize a team of partner managers and PDRs 
  • Build onboarding process/materials for the team
  • Define systems and tools for the team use 
  • Provide reporting and metrics visibility 
  • Help create  team spirit & high energy environment 
  • Build ongoing training and enablement for the team 
  • Build a mechanism to continuously improve the team's performance and achieve quotas 
  • Conduct regular reviews of the business with the leadership team 
To be a Channel Manager, EMEA in JFrog you need...
  • 10+ years of B2B sales management experience from SaaS companies 
  • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales development team environment
  • An enthusiastic and creative leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others
  • Ability to create a performance and metrics-focused culture
  • Channel partner and Outbound sales management experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Experience selling into the Enterprise market 
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Technically adept
