At JFrog, we’re reinventing DevOps and Application Security to help the world’s greatest companies innovate -- and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit and just all-around great people. Here, if you’re willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone’s lives, you’ll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call “liquid software.” Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?

People in the security community will want to hear what you have to share and people at JFrog will take your feedback to heart and apply it to the company's products.

As a Developer Advocate for Security at JFrog you will...
  • Get the message out by speaking at security conferences, meetups, and webinars

  • Work closely with the JFrog R&D, Architecture, Security, Solutions, and Technical Customer Support teams to understand JFrog's technology and provide feedback
  • Find new channels to engage with the security community
  • Work with the global Marketing team to help build effective messaging and amplify our message
  • Monitor, measure, and manage your success through:
    • Developer relations activities
    • Social media activities
    • JFrog's OSS initiatives
  • Travel! Public health policy permitting, this role will include frequent global travel
To be a Developer Advocate at JFrog you need...
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
  • 5 years experience as a Security Researcher, Software Developer, or Engineer
  • Proven track record as a successful presenter and technical speaker
  • Strong writing and presentation skills regarding technical topics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with the security community through attending meetups, technical events, and conferences
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to set goals, execute plans, and measure the results
  • Deep understanding of the developer ecosystem, especially in the security scene
  • Ability to express complex concepts in a compelling way that will  resonate with security professionals
  • Ability to understand different security personas and engage with pretty much anyone
