JFrog’s Information Systems Marketing team is looking for a person with a passion for the Marketing domain, a strong technology background, business processes analysis and exceptional project management skills.

As a Business Systems Analyst in JFrog you will...

  • Develop relationships that will position IS as a trusted business partner to the Marketing group, and understand the strategic objectives and business goals, along with challenges and business needs.
  • Manage processes, applications and architecture that support our global Marketing business partners.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration.
  • Work with the Marketing teams to identify, plan and build business cases and roadmap for application projects.
  • Lead highly complex E2E cross-projects that have a significant influence on enterprise processes and functions from initiation to launch.
  • Drive technology and process innovation.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and end users to identify, document and communicate business processes as they relate to any Marketing systems including, but not only Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the other IS groups (IT, BI and more) to succeed in managing cross-projects efficiently.
  • Work within the Agile Development framework.
  • Team collaboration - participate in daily stand-ups, and team meetings to discuss the projects and provide solutions to the salesforce processes.

To be a Business Systems Analyst in JFrog you need...

  • Bachelor's degree in fields of business or management, information technology, engineering, or operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in analyzing, defining and implementing business applications solutions specifically in a B2B Marketing world.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other Marketing platform.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, best practices and functionalities, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, Process builders, Workflows, Flows, Validation rules, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Experience with ABM tools like 6Sense & LeanData.
  • Experience with SDR tools like Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo & Drift.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead complex projects and rollouts.
  • Excellent time management and can easily work in a multi-tasking arena with a strong “can do” and proactive approach. 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Experience working in global teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Superb presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented skills

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $130,000 to $150,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
