We are seeking a passionate and driven Workplace Experience Manager (aka Office Manager) to help create and deliver a one-of-a-kind work experience in our Atlanta “swamp”. As the Office Manager, you will play an important role in creating a productive, safe and joyful swamp experience for our “frogs”. As a Workplace Experience Manager in JFrog you will...
- Ensure that our physical swamp is a productive and attractive place to work that our frogs love, that reflects our “froginess”, and that can adapt to our changing needs.
- Design and deliver a vibrant and joyful “swamp life” that reinforces our unique culture (check out our CODEX) and that strengthens connections and community. What’s swamp life? It’s enjoying great meals together, communing and bonding over shared interests, learning about each other’s traditions and backgrounds, volunteering with and supporting local nonprofits, celebrating our achievements, having fun together, the list goes on.
- Promote a safe, healthy and comfortable work environment and comply with all workplace health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that we stay within our swamp’s budget through pristine financial organization and effective and smart use of resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, using the CODEX as your guide..
- Support our frogs with all of their workplace needs with a mindset of delivering customer happiness (be a pain solver focused on the solution!)
- Lead our small Atlanta Operations team with JFrog Team Spirit based on mutual trust, joint effort, and collaboration.
To be a Workplace Experience Manager in JFrog you need...
- Proven 5-year experience in office management or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and vendors.
- Proven experience and a creative outlook for workplace experience and event planning.
- Attention to details and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including G-Suite, other Google tools, Slack, and ticketing systems.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $85,000 to $95,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
