Play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our Professional Services division. This position is critical for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers, driving customer success, and contributing to the overall growth of JFrog. You will report directly to the Global VP of Professional Services and work closely with other departments to align services with the company's strategic goals.

As a Senior Director of Professional Services in JFrog you will...

  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead the Professional Services team in the USA, setting strategic direction, objectives, and priorities in alignment with global strategies and customer success goals.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, project managers, and technical experts to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-quality professional services, including consulting, implementation, training, and more, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and ensuring that our services add value to their operations through improved platform adoption.
  • Adding Value to Customers: Proactively identify opportunities to add value to our customers through innovative services and solutions that address their unique challenges and contribute to their success.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of new services, expansion of service offerings, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability of services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering,  and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to improve and innovate our service offerings continuously.

To be a Senior Director of Professional Services in JFrog you need...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or customer success in the technology or software industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading professional services teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $215,000 to $235,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
