The Finance Operations manager will interact with various levels within JFrog as well as outside of the company with customers, collection agencies, legal advisors and more. The Finance Operations Manager is expected to effectively manage the global collections team.

As a Finance Operations Collections Manager Responsibilities in JFrog you will...
  • Manage the global collection and payments team
  • Support and interact with both customers and interfaces within the company
  • Manage and monitor the collection status
  • Manage implementation and maintenance of JFrog’s collection policy
  • Set and monitor KPIs and goals
  • Create, improve and adapt new processes
  • Work closely with the information system and sales team to automate manual processes and implement new ones
  • Work closely with sales leadership on customer debts, focusing on strategic accounts
  • Monitor and communicate collection status to management
  • Undertake special projects and ad hoc reports as needed/requested
  • Manage preparation and maintenance of the allowance for doubtful debts
  • Manage reporting the forecasted cash flow from collections
  • Responsible for SOX controls related to collections
  • Responsible for providing the relevant audit documentation related to collections
As a Finance Operations Collections Manager in JFrog you need...
  • BA degree
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Energetic and curious individual who is fast and eager to learn new things, embraces challenges, and is looking to be part of a fast growing company
  • Experience with working with sales executives
  • Experience with systems and systems implementations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience with financial processes (order to cash, collections, litigations, payments, etc)
  • Experience with collections and billing processes - an advantage
  • Experience in working in a multi-national environment - an advantage
