We are looking for a talented Technical Analyst to join our TSC ( Tech Support Center) Organization.

The Support Technical Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business needs of stakeholders to help identify business problems, propose solutions, and draft process documents when needed. Within the context of technical support requirements, they work closely with all relevant teams to ensure that the solutions implemented effectively resolve the business needs and challenges. The role involves a combination of business analysis and technical understanding, requiring a strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders. Convert these requirements into functional and technical specifications for the TSC Organisation.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with respective stakeholders to design solutions and process documents/workflows that meet the business requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organisation's standards and strategies.
  • Project Management Support: Assist in the planning and monitoring of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation. Propose and help implement process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are accurately understood and met by the technology solutions. Prepare and present reports/presentations, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support resources to users on new systems and processes. Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Analyst / Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement techniques and data analysis.
  • Understanding of basic programming languages, database management, and system architecture is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid mode of work, 3 days from office (Mandatory) 
  • Need to work during 2nd shift i.e from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm India time
