JFrog is seeking a strong sales leader with a proven track record to lead our team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, strategic business, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to drive execution and deliver tangible results.
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Sales Manager:
In this role, you’ll be a key player in our fast-paced and highly innovative engineering team. You will:
- Lead all sales activities in the region
- Build, lead and manage high-performance Sales teams, focused both on extending our direct sales organization and working closely with our partner teams
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and programs with scalable 'win-win' opportunities that will drive revenue and growth.
- Build trusted executive relationships with JFrog leading customers and community leaders
- Facilitate co-marketing plans and align with JFrog marketing activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Products, engineering, marketing, finance, legal) to develop and translate business and product strategy to the local market to expand JFrog’s footprint and grow the business.

What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience and deep understanding of SaaS business model, business strategy, sales, and market development with deep analytical and business modeling skills.
- Proven track record of developing and managing Account Managers and generating revenue and growth with them
- Ability to lead, influence and deliver results in a complex technical and business environment
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment with the ability to drive execution and deliver results.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the APAC region, at least 5 years of people management experience & 5 years of SAAS sales.
- Make sure the collaboration between the teams (sales, soleng, support and salesops) and win together.
- Experience within the developer's community in the APAC countries
- Solid understanding of the DevOps domain
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Academic educational level
- Strong team playing attitude to achieve targets
- Entrepreneurial with a high level of achievement and motivation
- A proactive and eager player who wants to win in the marketplace
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationship
- Live in Tokyo and willing to travel to customer site if needed.
