We’re looking for a visionary VP of Product Led Growth to lead and scale our product-led growth efforts across the full customer journey, from first-click marketing experiences to deep in-product engagement. This role is an individual contributor with pivotal influence into our product-led growth (PLG) strategy, owning trial experiences, onboarding, and self-serve flows that drive user activation, retention, and conversion. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data and BI teams, and marketing to create intuitive, high-impact experiences that deliver value fast and keep users coming back.

As a VP, Product Led Growth at JFrog you will... 
  • Own the end-to-end user journey from product trials and marketing tours to in-product onboarding and expansion.
  • Design and execute PLG experiences that reduce friction, accelerate time-to-value, and increase conversion.
  • Build and partner with a cross-functional team, including product designers, UX researchers, and content strategists focused on growth and engagement.
  • Partner with growth marketing and product teams to create interactive demos, product tours, and onboarding flows that convert visitors into lifelong users.
  • Leverage user data, experimentation, and research to inform UX decisions and iterate quickly (A/B tests, journey analytics, user sessions).
  • Define and monitor key success metrics such as activation rate, trial conversion, feature adoption, and retention.
  • Advocate for the user and help prioritize initiatives that improve usability and drive meaningful business impact.
  • Align UX strategies with overall go-to-market and product roadmaps, ensuring consistency and clarity at every touchpoint.
To be a Program Manager at JFrog you need...
  • 10+ years in UX, product design, or growth design with leadership experience.
  • Deep experience building self-serve user experiences in SaaS or PLG environments.
  • Proven success designing onboarding and trial flows that directly impact growth KPIs.
  • Data-informed mindset with experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on when needed.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Experience working with DevOps, AI/ML, or technical B2B products.
    • Prior experience scaling UX in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
    • Portfolio of experiments and flows that delivered measurable product growth.
