We are seeking a strategic & data-driven Paid Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. 

This is an exciting position with significant visibility and an opportunity to further define best practices and reshape our paid social media capabilities, with a primary focus on growing awareness and demand through scalable paid media campaigns. As a member of the Digital & Demand team and the larger America's Growth Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally to define and deliver meaningful, measurable business impact to our internal stakeholders, and our future customers. 

As a Paid Media Specialist (Maternity leave cover) in JFrog you will...
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media strategy, including buying, creative execution, tracking, testing, and reporting across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Taboola, Meta, Twitter, and YouTube) 
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns to drive continuous improvement in performance, ensuring the highest ROI and effectiveness of our paid media spend
  • Lead recommendations and implementation of new and modern digital marketing opportunities, capabilities, and tactics
  • Define and standardize our methodology for measuring, forecasting, pacing, targeting, and reporting paid social media effectiveness with recommendations on areas for optimization. 
  • Drive the development of a paid social media strategy playbook and the continuous education of teams in the advancements in paid social media platforms, best practices, competitive landscape, and innovative strategies
  • Act as a subject matter expert and bridge between teams and agency partners to align paid social media campaigns with strategic goals by building advanced forecasting models and benchmarks
  • Advise and manage campaign timelines and marketing budgets for digital efforts and assets
  • Analyze social content performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance conversion rates
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to streamline, automate and measure all paid social activities in alignment with digital marketing programs.
To be a Paid Media Specialist (Maternity leave cover) in JFrog you need...
  • Experience in the SaaS/technology industry 
  • Minimum 5+ years of successful, data-driven paid social media advertising and campaign experience with increasing demand across paid campaigns. 
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, LinkedIn Ads, etc..
  • Expertise in crafting social posts and paid social media strategies to accelerate global growth
  • Comprehensive fluency across paid social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and managing campaign budgets; experience with social media platforms outside the United States a plus
  • Experience running B2B successful, ROI driven lead generation campaigns on social media.
  • Experience performing conversion rate optimization across digital assets
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and/or Figma to create and edit marketing assets 
  • Must possess the aptitude and interest to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented growth business.
  • Exhibits a passion for digital innovation, creativity, and performance.
  • Thorough knowledge of platform mechanics, campaign structure, algorithmic delivery, custom audiences, placement and inventory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills simplifying complex ideas and concepts and making them clear and actionable.
