We are looking for a Senior Web Strategy Manager to join our web team.

This is an exciting position with significant responsibility in developing the jfrog.com web experience. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who has superior web strategy skills and experience, along with a portfolio that proves it. As a member of the Web Strategy & Optimization team, you will work cross-functionally to deliver projects ranging in scope, cross functional teams, web properties, and audiences.

As a Senior Web Strategy Manager in JFrog you will...

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy to own the website's lead generation targets, utilizing conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and SEO to drive performance.
  • Build strong relationships to influence and align cross-functional partners, such as demand generation, content, and sales teams to create seamless and effective online funnels, user journeys, and high-converting campaign landing pages.
  • Champion a data-first approach, leveraging web analytics and user research to report on performance, identify new growth opportunities, and guide the strategic roadmap.
  • Act as the Website Product Owner by defining the product vision, prioritizing web requests, gathering requirements, and translating business needs for the development team.
  • Serve as the key liaison between marketing stakeholders and the web development & design teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient partnership to bring the web vision to life.
  • Advise senior leadership on web best practices and present compelling business cases for strategic website investments, clearly articulating the potential impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish and report on website KPIs to executive stakeholders, providing clear, regular updates on progress against critical business goals.

To be a Senior Web Strategy Manager in JFrog you need...

  • 7+ years of web strategy or product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven ability to manage web operations from strategy through to execution.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including building and driving A/B testing roadmaps (VWO/Optimizely) and optimizing lead-capture tools like chatbots (Drift).
  • Lead & build roadmaps to launch new initiatives and experiences to optimize user journey and conversions, and analyze post-implementation data to measure impact and develop go-forward recommendations.
  • Extensive experience gathering and translating business stakeholder requirements into actionable plans, evaluating business impact, and projecting performance improvements for new features.
  • Technical proficiency with a modern web stack, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful), plus a deep understanding of emerging AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply user experience principles to build and optimize customer journeys across paid and owned channels, driving user actions that meet measurable KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to build trust-based relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $150,000 to $170,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
