As the director in our analyst relations program, you’ll own telling our platform and AI/ machine learning story, effectively managing relationships and be accountable for key outcomes with select industry analysts. By enabling analysts and their audiences about how JFrog products and solutions are changing the world, you’ll be in a strategic position to drive the business forward - and have a lot of fun doing it! Analyst relations is intentionally integrated with our communications, product GTM plans, and campaigns. A passion for detail and an eye for innovative quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into clear values for our industry analysts is crucial. In your role, you will be a mouthpiece and advocate that balances our analysts’ priorities, strengths, research emphasis and more, with creating compelling programs that generate real results for JFrog.

As a Director of Analyst Relations at JFrog you will...
  • Build, drive and manage the growth of JFrog’s analyst relations program at global scale - specifically in our machine learning and AI solutions area.
  • Drive creation of written and visual materials for usage in briefings, inquiries, updates, events and more for industry analysts.
  • Plan, organize, and execute analyst programs across channels, such as in-person/virtual events, annual conferences and more.
  • Source and manage all industry analyst interactions across channels.
  • Track, measure, and iterate on the strategic impact of analyst activities whenever possible, including performance in key reports, message tests, written opinion materials and more.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with industry analysts across large and small firms, with an emphasis on enterprise software, DevOps and DevSecOps analysts.
  • Conduct briefings independently - you’re confident and knowledgeable.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team on GTM plans, including confidential roadmap planning, product releases and key corporate milestones.
  • Prioritize, facilitate  and manage key analyst activities and requests both internally and externally.
  • Own and drive internal alignment with your programs to maximize the impact of your efforts.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs that drive JFrog's position as a market leader.

To be a Director of Analyst Relations at JFrog you need...
  • Bachelor’s or higher in business, marketing or something else amazing. Master’s is even better!
  • Established written and oral communication skills. 
  • 7+ years of analyst relations experience overall in B2B software or high tech - AI or data analytics experience a plus!
  • Leverage your prior work with enterprise software or development and security industry analysts. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build genuine relationships across global analysts, influencers and firms.
  • Excellent leadership, people and management skills to interact with senior staff, colleagues and cross-team (managing upwards and sideways) is required.
  • Superior analytical skills to measure the impact and outcomes of programs, as well as identifying areas for improvement or increased emphasis.
  • Builder mentality is a must - you’re a hunter, not a farmer!
  • Excellent ability to prioritize, manage and drive projects independently and across teams.
  • Technical ability or familiarity to drive high-level briefings on JFrog products and company strategy independently.
